* The gametime has a chance of getting removed. It is due to RAF gametime being against Blizzard's rules because it is only a service for use with friends and family.

Your gametime has a higher chance of removal if you:
1, You open a ticket while having the gametime and a GM investigates your account and suspects that you bought it.
I will not be responsible for your actions.

1.2 Guaranteed safety of your account
There is no risk of getting your account banned with the gametime. The gametime can NEVER get your account banned.

3. Refund Policy
RaF Gametime delivery guarantee is 15 minutes. After this time if you still have not received your product you may ask for a refund. However, while inside this time, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Note that delivery guarantee is different from Estimated time of Arrival.
