Possible Bugged Rune?

The guy had the dogs following him for at least 10 minutes. I don't know if that's intended or if they're supposed to despawn after a set amount of time?

The runes come from Caudecus's Manor, I think they cost 140 tokens per rune or something like that. Not exactly easy to get a full set to test it out.

Probably working as intended as they cost 140 tokens, so it's not that easy to get, anyways.
