50-100k: $0.9/k
100k+: $1/k
The more you sell, the higher I pay!

I'm planning on starting up a new gold selling site, and am making up stock before I do so, so as not to rely on suppliers.

Payment Methods
Paypal - I only use paypal balance for all transactions. I can show you a screenshot before sending that it is coming from paypal balance only so there's not a risk of chargeback.
Product Purchase - I can also purchase you any product, equal to or less than the amount of which you are due so long as they accept visa or paypal. I cannot guarantee the product will work, however. This is the responsibility of the product manufacturer / vendor.
Blizzard Store - I can buy you any Blizzard store item. These will come with receipt of payment, too.
