This was fixed by Blizzard so you can't do it anymore. When you transfer a char out of the account it gets everything that was account-bound un-bound.

I know about the hotfix, but I am talking about the whole dupe method which still works..

all you have to do is open a ticket/call in and tell them that you want your account moved to a new battle.net with the account already in there. same name of course so instead of sending a character your whole account gets sent over. they can do this and if they ask why you are doing it just tell them that you have two accounts and you want them on the same battle.net. they will do this no problem. things are no longer character bound they are account bound.
