If I buy an unmerged SoR account with long payment history (and possibly some goodies), can I somehow login and check the content before merging it with battle.net?

And then if there isnt anything extra on it, I could sell it cheap to my irl friend

If I buy an unmerges SoR account, and make a new bnet with my real names, could I then merge them afterwards?

Honestly, its not worth buying SOR accounts anymore, almost none of them have anything on them. All the good ones were bought out by people for achievements and stuff.

Yup and they get banned so its like $10 or 50Kg on chance you MIGHT get 1 old achievement.

It adds up once you get hooked, like gambling.
