This guy is a SCAMMER. I ordered from him, 10k on Defias Brotherhood. Told me it takes 1-24 hours, 24 hours after: still no delivery. Ask for refund: claims to have sent it, nothing in PayPal. Told him I'm opening a dispute = he removes me from Skype
