Cast Spells while minimized?

Hey, im looking for a mod/addon/anything that can cast spells while minimized.

I'm double logging (for this case, a priest and rogue). I'll be playing the rogue and i want the priest to periodically shield/renew etc while its minimized. Is there any way to do this? I just need something simple that will hit a specific key (ie 1,2,3) while minimized and not interfere with my other, active WoW.
