Yea, they are locking servers. My buddies can't xfer to JQ or create new toons on JQ, so don't do this if you have a full server you want to stay on.

Listen, reloging into an overflow is WAY faster than transferring, hence your client don't have to restart.

Your intentions are good, but everyone knows that if you don't have an overflow you can transfer to another server
