Het guys got the game cheap late-night and left the game downloading after work I'm gonna start playing,
What server would you say go to or thAt is the best also any other tips will help.

Take a look at this poll: Asura Labs - Guild Wars 2 Projects

It breaks down what type of players are going to what server (Pvp- pve- rp) exetra. & shows you the highest pops (based on the sample size - which is decent size.)

Currently i went to Jade Quarry - Its the highest pop server - which means they are winning in WvWvW ((and that means buffs/perks as you level))

Another benefit of a high pop server is that you get into Overflow regions more often - which are exploited heavily for farming purposes.

what's sPvP and what is WvW ?

Overflow is when the server is full and it throws several people from different servers onto a shared realm. -- there have been farming exploits related to logging in and out to get diff overflow servers and continuously farming a spot.

WvW is pvp between servers - i think its done in server groups of 3 - Jade QUarry - Gates of Madness - port aspenwood.

Jade Quarry (as of the moment) is dominating its WvW - Which can give normal PVE buffs as your playing.
