New screen (need advices)

Hi ownedcore

my primary monitor is displaying a vertical pink link (yes pink) and i've made it go away by smash the screen, but i've come to a conclusion i need a new screen so please post your current screen or the one you dream about at night

Notes:

i play alot of RTS (real time strategy) games.
it has to be 24" with a resolution of 1920x1280.
my dad likes power saving so if thats included its just an extra plus!
HDMI is not required but a mini plus, since my computer only has 1 HDMI output wich my secondary monitor is using.

Hmmm, it's really hard to find a good monitor with a mini plus input since most of them only have HDMI... Lets say The Monitor costs 300-400$ use the rest for a better GPU?
