Buying level 25 guild ANY US SERVER

Just hit 85 on my hunter, and want to buy a level 25 guild. Preferably on alliance, any realm is fine. Must have lots of achievement points, as I would expect to pay upwards of 400k.

Requirements:
1300+ Achievement points
200+ active members
US server

My budget is 400k, dont message me with anything if you're expecting more. I am willing to server transfer, but I'd like it if you are too.

I have an horde guild 25 with that much achievement point and easily 300+ active members however, why does it matter if you are going to transfer off server anyway?

Because If I transfer it off the server, I also need to do a faction change. But I'd be entertained by yours, if the guild meets the requirements

i have a guild with 1770 achivs level 25, not 200 members due to last gm kicking everyone and handing me gm, we were 3/8 so getting members back wont be hard (horde)

Not many achievements in the guild, but its 25, alliance US and has almost 400 active members (Do a 30 day inactive kick every few days), Not sure if you'd be interested without achieves, but we've got dark phoenix?
