It is a scam mate.
They give you a PDF document with level 1 - 58. That's it.

The guide was abandoned after that, Argon's and Eleos' are even worse just giving you an overview of classes/races.
Do not buy any of the TERA guides, they're all scams. You're best waiting a few more months for a legit one to get released.

Fastest way to level is to go through story quests and only do side quests that award a good amount of XP.
