Suggestions for a $200 SSD

Any suggestions on an SSD drive for $200? I was hoping for 200ish gigs... any thoughts? Obviously this would be for running.bots (possibly in VMs) more smoothly than my 2x2tb drives I also use for media server purposes lol

And no, I'm not against getting multiple smaller drives if the deal is better (like 2 120g in stead of 1 240g) ESP if performance will be better ;-)

About 185 after 2 yr. Warranty (I've heard too many horror stories about SSDs dying after a few weeks) and shipping so I can get it next week :-P

But that's also before $20 MIB :-)

Apparently Samsung and Crucial are the best manufactures for SSD. Some review sites have done tests on price/performance but also how reliable they found it to be, and them two came out on top. I would give a link, but will have to hunt for it first

Ya I figure crucial would be high, they've been in the running for solid state memory for years :-P

I've heard some bad things about OCZ and some unstable Firmware in the past. I went ahead and bought an ocz agility 3 (240g) at a big discount ($180 or so newegg), updated teh firmware, and havent had a single issue. 2months owned now.
