Easy GHOM 4 Barbs

With a decently geared barb you can solo ghom on inferno easy.

1. Charge with life steal (dreadnaught)
2. Overpower with reflect
3. Ignore Pain with reflect
4. Beserker Insanity
L. Frenzy with sidearm
R. War cry with resistances

Begin by dpsing, Ghom will cast clouds on you.
When this occurs and you're low health or half, cast overpower or ignore pain and charge to get a full heal. I like to use overpower then charge, then while both are on cd, use ignore pain. My barb has high res and vit so it works great for me even with the small 15k dps i can do..

it is an exploit. dreadnaught is a rune for 8% healed per enemy. at most theres 4-6. if you use reflect damage rune first, and you use dreadnaught you get healed to full as if you were hitting an infinite amount of enemies.

Superstition, Relentless, Tough as Nails (or Nerves of Steel). Frenzy, LoH, Resists

Just stand there and hold down frenzy. With a reasonable amount of LoH and resists you can stand in his gas clouds forever at %20 hp (when relentless kicks in). Ghom was stupid easy as a barb.

Edited to add: You can also add in "Threatening Shout" for even more damage reduction.

Dreadnaught isn't giving you all that heal, overpower with the reflect rune triggers LoH on ghom at the same rate as the cloud ticks on you, your LoH > tick damage so then you shoot up to full health. Take a look at this https://i.imgur.com/Asm2J.png, it says that crushing advance deals 33.3% LoH per damage reflected.
