D3 Mooege v4 act1 not working

hi all first post so bear with me i recently got revolt verison on D3 collectors edition and used mooege v4 got it up and running after lots of reading and messing around sorting out host files and what not anyways login make character and then hit start game and it just sits there lol so do i need to join a server or is the server not running i am using the single player .bat file to run D3
