Simple D3 Memory reading

Hello guys, i'm new in this community, but not new in programming
i'm asking you guys maybe can someone provide information or examples how to do simple memory reading at D3 client? like chat or something like that? and how to find those addresses
and most important can warden detect that program is reading d3 process? if yes then how can we workaround it?
