Rent a VMWare Cloud Desktop to save PC capacity (Diablo 3 Macros) for 15€/month

Ive read and tested the VMWare guide in this thread:

However, my laptop is too weak to support 2 instances of Diablo 3.
There I was thinking maybe there is a company out there where I could rent
a VMWare for a month and access it online to setup the macro, and then let it run 24/7
without using my own laptop's capacity.

Does something like that exist?

Have not found anything useful that has its own mouse and keyboard (needed for macro setup in Diablo 3).

You're not likely to find any VPS providers with Decent virtual graphics capabilities for under 60 Euro or so.

This might be possible, I think the best way to test would be to setup the environment. I don't have vCD but I do have VMware View/vCenter etc. Once I get my server up and running i can test this. I think the biggest issue will be with graphics cards. If anyone finds anything more regarding this, would be interested. I will test in the next week or so.

Would be awesome, but I really think it won't happen.

The hardware requirements for this make it financially impossible for this to either
a) be profitable
b) be low enough cost for people to want to do this

Generally desktop environments with enough hardware to do game botting will run around $60/mo. From the research I've done, it could still be worth it, could pay for itself in less than a week BUT you would have to make sure you use it constantly or it won't be worth it... also bans and slow times would be difficult.
