I found this on another forum, credits to SourLeaf@HB

The person provides a relatively safe guide on how to deal with virtual trades (not covered by Paypal's seller protection plan).

This work in and out of hellbuddy and other life problems.

    Info about me:

I'm an experience ebay seller, Selling item from clothes to equipments for daily use
and of course virtual item from game gold/account.

100% of the time most fraud's I've encounter are from gold/game/virtual item so i developed
a system working with paypal employee to prevent frauds. So far my method has work 100%
before i've lost hundreds of dollar but not anymore!!!

Buying or Selling Here what you need to do / know.

    1. Ask for seller/buyer Paypal ID Make Sure it is verified
    2. Ask for Seller/buyer Home Phone (NOT CELL PHONE THIS IS A VERY IMPortant Part)
Note: If they claim the number they gave you is a homephone You will know it's a fraudent user.
Cellphone don't appear on google map.
First Google there verified address They will show you where they Live
Then Google There HomePhone It will show you where they live also there for it matches then your good.
    3. Tell them to go to Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and post up results Keep there IP+date and time/location
Note: Paypal keep track of your transaction and IP per transaction speedtest.net tell you his IP+location

Remember HomePhone+Verified Addresss+SpeedTest Location MUST Match

If all 3 match there location as in city/town You know they are legit, If they chargeback or claim unauthorize transaction
call paypal and give them there IP/HomePhone

    They will stop the chargeback/Bullshit

Creditcard fraud is a federal crime feel free to sue and get some more money out of them scammers.
