Unable to post links in the shoutbawx

Every time I try to post a link in the shoutbawx that has the http:// in it, the shout won't go through and if I try to shout something else it says "Another shout is being processed"

It's not a computer related issue since I have the same problem on 2 different computers and different browsers.
