Need some help with VM

My computer specs i5 750, 4g ram

I'm trying to get 3 Shimizoki's Sarkoth DH Script [AutoIt] running @ 1280x720
I'm using 20fps, high texture, medium shadow, everything else off.
I've only been able to get it running on two whenever I start the third one, all three starts to lag and the timing becomes way off.

Any ideas how I can fix this. Is my computer too slow? Thanks.

just run 2 vm's than run the third on your os imo(d3 accounts)

Why do you use 20fps, high texture and medium shadow?

not sure, i figured if i use low texture and shadow i'll have to recapture the images for imagesearch.
and 20fps would be use less resources.
im not too good with computers, just wanted the easiest way to get it to work. lol

i tried that but the loading screen is sometimes fast and sometimes very slow and i can't tell if the two in the vm are working properly in the background.

i'm running windows 7 ultimate on each, would running like starter help? or changing to xp?

Running VM's is very RAM intensive. I think you are cutting it way close with 4GB and 3 VM's.
That might just be your problem right there.
