No, it is infact bis, Im not using the proper trinket in the armory because bottle is better for spine than cunning, which was when I logged off.

The cloak is essentially the same, the only difference is the ilvl. The "real" bis has crit on it which with the additional int is equal to the spirit mastery of the one im wearing.
