Sarkoth farming diffrerences

Hello

I've been currently using

And I find it pretty good. Though it's my first autoit script that I've tried out.

Been looking around on the forums and seen about 20 other sarkoth farming (like 4-5 for wiz, 3 for wd etcetc), is there any of these that is "better" in some way? Any better features you recommend me to use?

Or is all of these giving me the same results in the end?

Some will loot gold only
some will do gold and tomes
gold tomes gems

some will vendor
some will get blues
some will get blues rares and sets
some will repair

some will have random actions

The one I'm using loots
Tomes
Potions (i dont use it)
Gems (i dont use it)
Blues
Yellows, sets, legendaries
Vendors blues when full bag, leaving rares, sets and legendaries
repairs when needed

Does that mean I don't have to care about changing? or is there one that is offering more goodies?

yes this is why i started to think that mine is a bit off, feels that it takes forever when it runs around like it does every stop makes me want to just rip my hair off lol. well not really. lol!

The fastest script is always going to be the one you modify for your own PC specs.

There is very little speed difference in noAres script and Shims script. But then you have an MMOtoasters modified version of Shims script which is faster, but a lot of people are having issue with the script being too fast and the script isnt running right.

As long as the script can go from Resume Game > to the Cellar > Kill Sarth > Portal to Town > Logout > and with death detection / repairing. All those scripts could be "the fastest", but you have to modify the sleep times, attack sequences, what you are looting, etc etc for your own personal PC.


The only "bad" scripts are the ones without statechecking, to get you unstuck if you happen to lag. And i think all the scripts currently have some form of statechecking.

Not really, unless the autoIT script has no randomizing in it. Like, if the script clicks in the exact same spot when you resume game. Its just as easy to code in to click anywhere in the box that is the resume game button.

Now, the autoIt scripts here are starting to get more advanced. Which can lead to higher probably of being detected. At first, people were just using pixelsearch (99.99% safe), but then moved on to ImageSearching. Still pretty safe, but since it requires an additional DLL, its something they could look for. Now people dont want to use a piece of paper or notepad file to write down the GPH they are making, so authors are including Tesseracts into the scripts. Ofcourse you wont be banned for just using Tesseracts, but if they decide to have Warden look for Tesseract usage + ImageSearch.dll + AutoIt (if you didnt compile it), etc etc.

Still very unlikely to get banned with AutoIt / AHK. But i believe i read someone is working on a way for AutoIT to read the memory of D3... and this is where $!@^ can hit the fan. It will go undetected for awhile, but it will force Blizzard to crack down harder eventually when it becomes too main stream.
