Possible ways to farm for Bot ? (not Sarkoth)

Most bots are running Sarkoth, sure the place is nice...

But its act1 = low droprate.
Its known by all = blizzard more likely to flag bots spamming that place.
So what Im looking for is a new place and see if its possible to make nice income in gear and money. Prefered by using AutoIT.

So... what does the place prefered to have.

*1* = No packs with abillties.
A bot cant handle packs, they are just to random, and do to much damaged for a simple bot like AutoIT to handle.

*2* = Not act1
Act2 is even oki. but act 3 or 4 is so much better. All because of % of better drops.

*3* Good layout.
Good layout is like narrow passageways, ofc less randomness the better.

*4* Easy mobs
Mobs with less strange abillties or mobs that oneshoot you because you dint move.

*5* Waypoint or a checkpoint
There should be a good waypoint or checkpoint close by, so the bot can get there without a problem.
