New cdkey attach to main?

So I bought a new cdkey and I want to bot with it. My question is can I attach it to my main account?
Should I make it it's own account with real information?
Can one PayPal be apart of two accounts?
Will I get banned on both if one is discovered?

You can't have two Diablo 3 accounts on one Battlenet unfortunately, like you can with World of Warcraft. They only allow one license per account.
You should create a new email similar to the one you currently have and keep it on file. I would use real information, it's no more detectable than if they trace your IP address.
One Paypal cannot be apart of two accounts either due to RMAH policy "example" You transfer funds from Battlenet to Paypal by buying out your own item on another account.
You can sure bet that if one account is detected for exploitation/hacks/bots and the other one is doing something similar that they will ban both of them.
