All you do is download autoitv3, install it, and run the .au3 file. I believe it should prompt the autoit editor and you can then press F7 to build the file, and F5 to run it. After building the file, you'll get an .exe file that you can run at anytime without opening the script editor. If the script editor does not run, you must install SciTE Editor for Autoit3. I don't know autoit works without SciTE because I always get them together, so just download both and run the .au3 file. If you download the source and it's in a txt format, all you do is save the file as a .au3 file.
If you can't figure out that much you don't deserve to be using these scripts
