PixelColor WMWare

I am reading the pixel colors to recognize game states at my bots. Works great if i use the bots in main windows.
But when i use the bot in my WMWare (no matter if same windows or WinXP), it seems that i get other pixel colors.

Anyone has an idea why this is happen?

It seems, Gamma correction is not working in VMware, so you need to make screenshots in there and get new colors.
BTW, in VM "Alt+PrintScreen" is working in full window, use it, then Paste in mspaint and save as PNG.
Don't use Diablo-based "PrintScreen", cause it creates JPEGs, that are not exact match to screen.
