Any ideas???
Any ideas???
is there an error message?
Any message?
Mine is working fine with diablo 3.
Try allocating at least 1GB of virtual memory.
Please do not try to give useful information; it might help giving tips.
IIRC VMWare player is similar to VirtualPC where the graphics card only supports 2d rendering. You need VMWare Workstation to render 3d.
My Diablo 3 Gear Swap Program:

Just wondering, do you need d3 to run in a vm to use a vpn? Or why would anyone run it in a vm ?
I want to use Vmware to run another gold bot, when i click diablo 3.. The launchers loads up and then i click play and the diablo head shows up but then after that the game wont load.. I have 4gb virtual memory on there. i hit Ctrl Alt Del and it says diablo 3 is running but its not showing
i used "VMware Center Converter" to migrate/clone my windows... and then open it with "VMware Player"...
works perfect for me
@illfated... if we dont... the pc is blocked by autoit cause it controlles the mouse&keyboard... with a vm you have a second mouse&keyboard and can do other thinks while running the bot in a vm
sry for my awesome english
Hmm let me download and try that
I have no problems at all and used only VMWare Player and Win7 32bit.
i downloaded vmware, did an easy install with 4mb of memory.. Downloaded diablo 3 and direct x, then it wont load after than
trying the center converter at this moment
you can try another way:
locate your virtual machine folder on your host and open [vmname].vmx (make an offline backup before you open it) with notepad (or any editor).
search for:
it should looks like this:Code:mks.enable3d
also make sure you have installed latest vmware tools (incl svga graphic driver).Code:mks.enable3d = "TRUE"
Maybe you have to install it manually by changing the driver in device manager.
Use the following driver location inside your vm:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMware\Drivers\video_wddm
after that it should work. Using it on VMWare Workstation 8.0.3, but i guess its the same for VMWare Player.

if you use a Windows operatingsystem (can't find any info about your system):
Press Windows-Key + Pause inside your vm to open the systeminformation and open device manager.
locate your graphic device and right click it: "update driver" (or similar).
Choose "manual change" and take the driver location from above.
i checked my driver and it said it was up to date and when i tried to change it, i dont see a VMWARE folder under commons files\
thank you for your help btw
