How do i use Autoit?

Hey there, so im just about to use a WD Bot, so i saved the script as a .au3. So i run Autoit and press the file, and it says ERROR Line one, then it says my directory and stuff. Im very new to this so i have no clue what is going on.

hi..iam pretty new to boting and i would like to ask a noob question...
i have downloaded the script for 800X600 WD bot..i run it.. and the mouse moves to the RESUME GAME box but nothings happens and after some sec i am getting the message you don't seem to be in the lobby.Did you uproperly configure the bot? bot will now exit
what i need to configure?? except the WD build and the middle mouse for run i am so noob i know..
