gold drops are the same and just got 3 rares

its just sarkoth attacks now and moves randomly sometimes

I've just tested this as well and it seems like the gold drop hasn't changed.
However I tried to stand further out from the door and can confirm that Sarkoth does indeed try to attack you now.
Good thing is that it takes him a while to get to your range so you can then kill him before he gets to attack you.

Yip. Gold drop hasn't changed as mentioned above.

He doesn't hit very hard so it would make negligible difference I believe (unless you were botting him with ilvl 30 gold find gear). My DH was able to tank 3 hits with ~20 resists across the board, with a meagre 12k dps.

Just stand further back and you can kill him before he does anything.

Like bofeity said, with around 60k dps u can kill him within 5 secs :-D
