Immortal Bot Delay In-Between Games FIX

So, i found out about this earlier today and thought I'd share. Sometimes, there's a 5-10 second delay when it tries to resume a game and just hangs there at the main screen. I found this annoying as it slightly affected my GPH. I apologize in advance if this has been brought up but i'm a bit too lazy to surf through the forum topics at the moment.

It's as simple as going to Options->Video and setting BOTH your Max Foreground and Background FPS to 30.

I find the actual game a bit choppy but my GPH actually improved 15-20k so far.
