Well iam not sure if its repost or not i havent seen it here yet so the advice when he catch you all you do is just spam Q or whatever button you use for potion and when he throws you down insted of dying you will survive.

That ain't true at all. No matter how much hp you have left he will take you down to 1hp or more if you have more hp left before he do it than he "drain" for.

Diablo can't kill you with this, no matter how much hp you have, he ONLY take you down to 1hp, that's why you can pot or use other things (Like smokescreen as DH)

oh if thats the case iam sorry i used to get killed with prison before and pot helped me a lot so my bad if its actualy the case he only take you to 1 hp and than kill you with hit right after prison

Yep that is the case, the reason why people think he kills you is because he do a auto attack right after he let you go again.
