Using autoIT you need to be ingame

you can use commands to send to the window while its not active however it didn't seem to be clicking the right cords when I was trying it. The commands are

ControlSend ( "Diablo III", "", "", "key", "0" ) ;sends key Function ControlSend


ControlClick("Diablo III","", "", "left", 1, X, Y) ;left click x,y cord Function ControlClick

Although, it has always been surmised that this is risky behavour. Warden should be able to easily detect if it has focus or not. The main reason to use autoit is to be undetectable.

Would be better off using a virtual machine where it has its own focus window and doesnt affect you.

Pretty sure most of the wow bots that use autoits backend use those commands and most are undetectable unless the warden for d3 is different.
