In short:

start a new game act3 q1 meteor checkpoint
teleport to the upper right corner of the screen and instantly back
use magic weapon and move down a bit
cast meteor+blizard to the corner of the stairs
Shock Pulse (Pircing Orb) spam
run out
repeat
