Let's say I have two accounts I could use.
Account A = Botting
Account B = No botting
If Account A gets detected and banned, does that pose any risk for Account B?
Account B will never be used to bot.

if im honest it depeends on the GM, technically account B should be safe but GMs can take botting personally and ruining ur entire battle.net account.
Use different battle.net accounts, different names and different email addresses, if they ban the ip call them and tell them its a wifi hotspot for a coffee shop

First of all, you can't have to d3 keys attached to the same b.net account.
And no you will probably not be banned on the second account for botting on the other, it should be the same as with multiple wow accounts on a single b.net account.
Ofcourse these are just speculations since no one really knows anything about it yet.
But blizzard are not likely to monitor your IP and ban all accounts that uses the same network! What would happend to all the public wifi-hotspots? And the internet-café's? So your "legit account" will most likely be safe!
