Fast MF Gear Switching :))

This is DEFINITELY not my original but so many of my friends did not know about how this program works and most people i met in D3 wanted to know therefore, i want to start the thread to let people know what I use for fast macro MF gear switching method. There are many guides in Youtube but most of them are not that clear.

First step: Download Auto Mouse Clicker ----> Auto Mouse Clicker - Software Download to Keep Mouse Clicking Automatically

Second step: Once you finished downloading the program run it and you'll see a window with x- coordinate, y- coordinate, add, update, load clicks, save clicks, and blah blah blah.

What you need to do this. Assign a key to Get Mouse Cursor right above "start / stop Mouse Clicks." Once you put either an alphabet or number in there, press assign. If you have full screen, you will need to alt tab out often but if you have window mode, it will take less time.

For full screen users, go into the game while leaving the program running in the background. When you are in the game press your bag to show where your MF gear are. Let's say that you put all your MF gear on the right side then from the right side put your cursor on first MF item and press your assigned Hot Key for "get mouse cursor" that we did on the previous step. Then Alt tab out.

You should be able to see the x and y coordinates from the Auto Mouse Click program. Next, Press Add and change the click type to single right click. Do the same for your next MF item. And put 0 Milli delay before click for all of them. Once you are done setting up all the coordinates for all the MF items, Change the repeat count to 1 and assign a hot key to "Start / Stop Mouse Clicks." Once you are done with that Press UPDATE. For me, personally, I would save clicks before running the hot key but it's your choice. Once you are done setting up everything, go into the game and press your bag and press the hot key. Press one more item and it changes back to your normal gear.

For window mode users, there is no need to alt tab out every single coordinates and for you, less time consuming.

Cant get it to work... I works whenever I record while diablo 3 isnt up.. Then I can record and so on.. but when i try doing it ingame.. Pressing my "start key" .. then it just wont start, nothing happes.. then I tab out.. trying it on window and it works great there.. Huh? :/

An alternative method to this would be to use a packet editor and simply log the packets for swapping out your gear. (I then bind it to a key). Unfortunately the item IDs seem to change after every repair, so it would need to be fixed quite often.
