Not sure, looks like some kinda overview, at first i thought it was an FPS tracker, since D3 doesn't have a binding for showing fps (as far as i know) it could've been that.

But it's also showing follower HP, nearby enemy HP, auto-pickup, auto-login, XP til next level, time to level, XP per hour etc etc.

Useful tool, wanna know myself
