Scared to use bot

K so i see threads how ppl use bots for easy lvl up, farm up to 700k gold per hour.. Id like to use one too, but im kinda scared to loose my main account..

So id like to know, whats the ~% of actually getting caught? also if i buy a new account and use bot on that one, can my main account get banned? or do i get ban on all my accounts / ip ban?

Any suggestions for someone who never used bots? like should i be rly pro to use one to not get caught?

Also what bot is the most 'safest' to use atm?

I think that it's pretty safe to say that you shouldn't bot on your main account if you are scared. And no they wont ip ban you, only the account that is using a bot will be banned, that is if they catch you tho...

there is always a risk and nobody is going to guarantee you that you won't get banned. If you care about your account that much, then just don't use it

yup, they can, if you are online at the strange hours and always farming the same place over and over, and there are plenty of more ways they can catch you.

Agreeing with gacki btw, if you care about your account dont bot, get a 2nd one if you want to bot

Oh and on a side not at this point anyone who bots and actually wants to play the game should bot on a second account. Since we have no idea yet what will get us banned, but I'm pretty certain were very close to get the first taste of whats to come. And I myself think its weird that we have not been hammered already.

It could be anything from using glitches that will give us more xp/gold then expected. Simple scripts such as AutoIt clicker macros, move advanced bots such as D3Advanced, Imortal, Hellbuddy and so on..

They will not ban by IP, due to dorms and other shared network places. They will ban by hardware id sometimes, so if you bot on same comp as non-botting main, you could get banned. What I do is bot on another account on another comp and farm enough gold to pay off expenses of bot and game x2 since I plan on the account getting banned and will need to buy another disk. Then you can do with your bot as you please without worrying about losing any real money.

guys i want to know if ill bot with alt and with main ill be online same time do legal stuffs and alt will get bann my main will get bann aswell ? if ill be online same time with my main

I have been through 3 ban waves and in all 3 cases only the bot accounts were touched. 30 bots were banned in the 18th wave and rmah mule (my main acct when i actually played legit) has been untouched since day 1 of launch. Rmah used daily on only that one account. Oh and two computers run all accounts including main.

and what happens if i use bot on, lets say, to my normal online times?

they could ban me, ofc, but i farmed sarkoth legit for 4h i wasn't banned so is it "save" to use a bot in that way?

we all can only guess. also next banwave might be different from the last one. on topic - i dont recommend botting on your main if you care for the account
