hey guys,

so for personal use i wanted to make a very simple bot to powerlevel my toons.. well 1 thing lead to another and i happen to have a pretty shnazzy program working. i figured i should post here to test the interest in such a bot.

current features
-1-60 in less then 20 hours (requires a lvl 50+ as the carrier)
-auto relog
-no hooking
-multi computer communication (connect 1 follower or 3!)

coming soon:
multi background botting
more sophisticated combat script
possible farming bot
if i wasnt bad.. a working gui

anywho i was just wondering if people would actually have a use for such a program.

Obviously there would be some interest in this, but there are some issues. For example you've been registered since 2006 but you only have 6 posts and no reputation that I know of..


Anyway, there is a lot of fierce competition out there for this sort of thing...Are you based in the US? Prepare for a Blizzard lawsuit if your bot gets popular... You need warden protection, ect. These are primarly the most important things to consider first. It sounds like you are sort of new to creating a program like this, so I'm not sure you have the experience to do something like that...and the last thing we really need is another gaurenteed ban wave..(Like Immortal)

indeed, i do worry about these things. but largely i believe my bot is invasive, unlike immortal. everything it does is simulated by a virtual keyboard, not injected into the game.

experience is largely something i lack, this was more of a "can you do it" project, but as of yet it is blowing me away at how well it works.

and yeah im a long time leech, figured i might as well give something back

If you're looking to sell it then secure your software and do a beta test like everyone else. People will try anything if its safe and sometimes not so safe if its free

hey guys, i figured i would give yall an update (at least for those interested). i will be doing a open test for my program once i actually get the UI working kinda.

the program will come in 2 flavors. local and remote. the limitations of both

local: all 4 bots run on the same computer
slightly slower as the script needs to switch back and forth between the windows (compounded by the lag of having 4 diablos running. working on making the drone windows as small as possible so they take up less resources, but i seem to have hit a wall with 800x600 minimum scaleable window size. would love some pointers with this
requires 4 diablo folders to be on your harddrive (as far as i have been able to do it. the game wont run multiple games from the same .exe *would love some advise with this. already using -launch but second screen just shows up blank and crashes out)
for what ever reason after about 10-15 hours of straight botting the leader bot desyncs and needs to be restarted (i blame the window switching but looking into it)

remote: 1 master bot runs on 1 system. 3 drones wait for messages from the master
as of yet not a whole lot. the only thing it needs is a local connection. sometimes that doesnt work so you need to port forward from your router to each of the drones (extremely easy if you have admin rights over your router.. slightly more advanced then the what your average user knows to do (working on fixing this, but i believe it branches outside my group)

i will probably have a early alpha next ish week

To OP: Sounds like you might have something unique here. Keep at it I'm sure if you get it working and protected the community here would try it it for free to help you test.

hey guys. just figured i'd do a small update. i have the entire interface working as i like. now all thats left to do is port in the code from my original script and i should be good. expect something at the latest on tuesday.

heres a sneak peek at the drone UI that i finally got working the way i wanted.

your standard auto logger/relogger

simple log/ go button to start searching for the master bot on your local network


again this is fairly simple, but was the major thing holding just handing out the original script

To the OP: I assume this program goes into memory and such compared to autoIT? If so, would it be closer towards those paid bots that can do all of the bells and whistles when playing diablo 3, such as instantly locking onto targets, using potions right away, and knowing when it's dead without looking for red pixels?
