4.You must use the Paypal > Send Money > Gift option to send me the money to avoid buyer and seller fees on Paypal.
5. In the note to seller message you will need to put "By sending this payment I have agreed to the purchase of non-refundable virtual goods. Any dispute taken against the seller will be deemed invalid after this payment is made."

Fair question, I used to have a disclaimer addressing that issue. I had thought I was an ownedcore member for awhile, when really I used to just browse this site as a guest for guides and updates on games. In any case, I've gone ahead and linked my Player Auctions account in my signature to verify some of my other virtual goods auctions that have been completed recently.
