For those that are around this level, you can join public games from Act IV - Nightmare difficulty - Fall of the High Heavens

It's easy to do, just start talking with Tyreal, accept the quest, and beat the boss. Rinse and repeat. It's an easy AoE fight, and when in public it often goes fast.

For example, Barbarians can use Revenge and Threatening Shout with taunt glyph, to keep themselves up and hopefully he got a partner that does all the damage.

For the quest you get 26k exp in Nightmare difficulty. All in all, it should be easy to deal with, if you want you can also try soloing him.
