Hi, apologies if this is a repost, but I've been reading here for the last week or two and not seen it mentioned.
I actually use this build to run through Inferno act 1, getting 5 stacks by Warden and on to Butcher. I'm still too squishy for act 2 in general but this may help those with decent survivability in items but struggle vs champion/elite/boss encounters.
Primary attack - Frenzy (Triumph rune)
Skill 1 - Leap attack - (Death from Above)
Skill 2 - Revenge (Provocation)
Skill 3 - Earthquake (Mountains Call)
Skill 4 - Call of the Ancients (Council Rises)
Skill 5 - Wrath of the Berserker (Insanity) - map this to secondary attack
Passives - Superstition, Brawler, Boon of Bul-Kathos ( I do sometimes change these)
The reason I use Mountains Call on earthquake rather than a rune which adds damage is to allow me to pull off the other 2 fury spending elites quickly, and I also use EQ to farm if I pull a large group of mobs, with MC and Boon the cooldown is almost always ready for large fights, and you never need to wait long if you spot an elite pack.
Play through as normal, however when you get to a champion/elite, use all your elite abilities. WoTB first to double your base damage, then Earthquake (this scales from AD for crazy sustained damage) and then CoTA. As a comparison guide, I am able to down the warden in about 3-4 seconds, and the butcher in about 20 tops. I currently have a base of around 14k DPS, wth a 900dps weapon, so nothing crazy. I've not struggled with a single set of elites/champions, and the only ones that I sometimes need to top up damage with/kite at the end are those with shielding. Revenge spam keeps you alive if you need to stay in position a little longer.
Hope this helps with farming runs for those struggling!
