Lock Action Bars to prevent losing Neph stacks in Inferno

Probably like me you've derped your mouse and pulled a skill off your bar with 5 Neph valor stacks.
So the fix:

Turn on elective mode (which you already will have), and turn it back off.
That's it.

I took a spell off the bar once because i was in inferno and runnin from mobs franticly, spam clicking and accidentally dragged it off.

sometimes demon hunters spamming shots using shift can do it accidently also.
