Description ::
Act :: Act 2 Part 8.3
Quest Name :: Soulstone Chamber
Boss Name :: Zoltun Kulle
Expected Completion Time :: Between 30 seconds and 3 Minutes+, depending on your level, gear and class (skill?).
Rewards :: Nightmare - 45,000 EXP and 1820 gold. // Hell - 95,000 EXP and 2500 gold. (quest only)
Experience Per Hour :: Nightmare - 450,000/hr (whole bar from 42-50) // Hell - 950,000/hr (half a bar from 55-60)
:: How To ::
1. In the creation screen select 'Change Quest' and go to Act 2 > 8. The Black Soulstone and select Soulstone Chamber.
2. Once selected the quest on the difficulty you want to run it on simply Start Game.
3. Once in-game take the teleporter from Hidden Camp to Archives of Zoltun Kulle.
4. Follow the Road to the Chamber.
5. Once in the Chamber you will see the boss and 2 adds which are with him. Depending on your class and level you can simply run in, pop all you damaging abilities and just nuke the adds first and then quickly switch to the boss. As Barb with Frenzy, Ignore Pain for defensive, Call of the Ancients, Wrath of the Berserker and Earthquake I completed the quest within 1 minute (30 seconds for kill and rest for running).
7. Once completed go to middle, skip the cut-scene, take the port out of there and then take the Town Portal by pressing ( T ).
8. Turn in the Quest, leave game and rinse and repeat.
:: Result ::
Runned it from level 40 to 50 on the first day of Release and each run on Nightmare rewarded me with around 45,000 EXP meaning 1 bar each run. Each run took around total of 2 minutes (resetting as well + the kill) which means around 20 minutes per level unless you can do it faster. You also get rewarded with 1820 gold in Nightmare, 2,500 in Hell (95,000 EXP in Hell) + on top of that you receive the blues and gold from the boss.
In Hell mode its more XP but you only get half a bar (tested from 50 to 60) but around 2,500 gold + blues and bosses gold which adds up to possibly 4K every 1-5 minutes.
Iv yet to test it out in Inferno but since you will be at cap by then (easily) it won't be worth it unless you can kill it FAST (under 1 minute with 1 minute between resets) and the loot / gold reward being good.

PS:
I hope that this has not been posted already. Iv gathered video just have to render it (cba pff) and was doing this run since D3 launch for quick XP and close the gap to 60. So far I guess this was pretty effective and caught up a friend which was around 2 level above me. That said, if you die and can't kill it quickly, this won't be that effective.
Goodluck and have fun!
