[Witch Doctor] Free Mass Confusion Dogs without the Rune

Using Mass Confusion with the "devolution" rune will have a 50% chance to spawn a dog from a slain confused enemy, then swapping the rune will allow you to keep the dogs. Usually the dogs despawn when you swap the skill, but this way you can keep them and still get the stun or damage increase.

Dogs die quick, but it can still be useful.
