Act 1 - every 15-30 seconds get a chance of chest (or two).

But does something else.

Once you have killed the champion and talked to Leah to get your quest done, teleport out and leave game. Now instead of switching the quest back to step 2, just click "resume". You will spawn in the cellar. There will be no mobs BUT the chests can still spawn. There can also be a chest outside of hut.

Login, run to open chest, pick up loot, port, logout - takes around 30 seconds or so. If there is no chest, even less.
Seems insane frankly.

- You can buy these from Merchant at 510 Gold each which means a savings of 12,750 Gold.
- If you were to sell these you'll only make 20 Gold per potion which means you'll only be making 500 Gold but in all honesty, value wise, it's idiotic to sell them.

The only reason this is worth it is because of the Potions.

170 mf 100 gf on inferno. Every 2 chests blue some of them 60 lvl for reagents and 500-1000 gold. Also dropped me gold one.
