I got 14k on nightmare half way trough act 2. So I don't know how you skip that much but w/e. I think it's legit.

I don't think it's possible right now for a Wizard to solo Inferno.

The mage had the first kill, it was not confirmed fake but confirmed real. Method got World 2nd.
