Best bot for mining/rat/sanctum/research ....?

As the title say, i'm looking best bot both free and paid for eve online in:

+Mining
+Ratting
+Abnomally ( sanctum)
+incursion
+Missioning

If you are looking for a polished product you will be hard pressed to find one. If you don't mind doing a little work to get it setup these are excellent bots.

1) Amadeus' ISXEVE -- an injected DLL (Innerspace extension). Hooks Python and provides pretty much full access the Eve's internals. $5/month I think. Requires Innerspace
2) Da_Teach's DirectEve -- an injected DLL. Hooks Python and provides pretty much full access the Eve's internals. Paid version for early access after patches. Free two weeks after release. The free Questor mission bot is based on this. Currently requires Innerspace but can be made standalone easy enough.
3) Civan's EveGrinder -- Don't know much about this. Pretty sure it uses injection and operates similar to the two above.

I've developed bots with ISXEVE and DirectEve. Never worked with Civan's bot.

EDIT: OMG I forgot StealthBot. It's a pretty nice bot built on top of ISXEVE.

For missions you might want to check out Questor (registration required). This is for ISXEVE but last time I checked an author was working on a stand-alone solution.
Used Hunter bot for ratting for some time. Not bad I might say, but really hard to use without being in a Corp or paying someone for space to farm at.
As for free bots you can check PublicDemands. There used to bee good mining bot RoidRipper but closed due to drama. Source still available. Also you can get Courier Runner and Salvaging bots there. Not sure about their paid section, might be more there.

But overall considering multiple functionality getting ISXEVE is a good way to go.

You are mistaken. Questor has nothing to do with ISXEVE. I believe you meant to say Innerspace. As for the developer that is working on the standalone version that is me. There hasn't been a lot of interested in it so my edits never made it into the mainline branch. Also Da_Teach keeps adding Innerspace-specific logging to DirectEve so I don't think he cares much about removing the need for Innerspace.

I spent some more time on my stand-alone version of DirectEve. I removed the need for SlimDX and did the EndScene hook by hand (with the help of Apoc's WhiteMagic of course). If you want it pester Da_Teach until he decides to release it formally.
