BTW 3D looks awesome in this game

I got a pair of anaglyph red/cyan glasses to try out the 3D drivers and this game look pretty damn good in 3D.

Some of the name plates render slightly wrong, but everything else looks awesome. Can't wait to get my 120Hz 3D monitor next week to try it with some active glasses.

Could you then post some kind of technical report, with fps and stuff as i'm interested in that too. Normally 3D gaming (software) costs almost 50% fps.

    Thanks

GW2 is entirely CPU bound. It's currently only taking advantage of a single CPU and end then I heard almost all the graphics are still limited by CPU. This is the first time I've play with anaglyph 3D so its hard for me to do any comparisons really, but I never saw any problems with my FPS or anything while playing with it. I didn't play with it long because as I said I'm getting an actual 120Hz 3D monitor on Wed. I'll try and give a better report then.

I'm playing on a Intel [email protected] with 16Gigs and MSI Nvidia GTX580 1.5Gig...with the current limitations it doesn't do anything to my machine. I rarely saw lag as a result of graphics or CPU in my experience. Generally the only lag I saw was server lag, where abilities and actions would take 2-3 seconds to actually register that they have been executed. Very similar to the server side lag that you see in WoW when its happening.

    Okay, interesting.

I have pretty much the same setup. Same CPU oc'ed and a SLI of GTX 470 oc'ed. If it runs smooth with your pc i should get similar results i guess.
