How Reliable Is Tripwire (Honorbuddy)

Well, I was thinking of getting Honorbuddy, and I am just curious how reliable the 'tripwire' is. I know that the leading cause of 72 hours is player reports, and the leading cause of bans is AH spamming and gold selling, but how reliable is tripwire against warden changes? Will it save everyone from instant perma bans?

I've been using Honorbuddy for two years now, almost daily with no bans.

However, I only use it for a few hours at a time then have it log itself off for an hour. I never have HB use the Auction House. It either sends it to an alt or i have it place the items in a Guild Bank. I change those once in awhile.

There hasn't been a warden detection of a general bot in years. I've used HonorBuddy off and on for the last 2 years and never had any issues. I don't know if Blizzard has EVER done anything to detect it.

Doesn't really answer your question, but it is fairly safe to use.
