Team4Power Stole My Money

I paid Team4Power for a service in WOW. I used Paypal over 2 months ago to make the payment. Team4Power has continued to put off, delay, ignore my requests to deliver the service that was already paid for. Paypal will not take the money back from Team4Power. Team4Power will not give me my money back or deliver the service. In my opinion Team4Power is in the business of ripping people off - taking their money and NEVER delivering as promised. I would recommend that no one give Team4Power another cent.
